Back Height - easily adjusted by raising the back with a ratcheting mechanism. A built-in lumbar support is included

Seat Depth - adjusted with a front lever which controls the sliding seat mechanism

Seat Height - adjusted with a right front lever that controls the pneumatic lift

Back Angle - controlled by the left rear lever to independently adjust the angle of the back
