Back Height - the ratcheting back is easily adjusted by lifting it to the desired height. Lifting it to its highest point will return the back to the lowest position. A built in lumbar support is included.
Seat Depth - adjusted by lifting the left lever that controls the sliding seat mechanism.
Seat Height - adjusted with the right lever that controls the pneumatic lift.
Mid-tilt rock mechanism - controlled by the right lever that allows the seat to rock or to be locked in an upright position.
