Heavy-duty base - 28" diameter, black-powder coated aluminum base

Upgraded Stacatto fabric and upholstered arms are standard with the Respon

Fully upholstered seat and back eliminate scuffs on walls and scratches on chairs that commonly occur with plastic chair backs

Ergonomic adjustments - A choice between two controls is offered on the Respon, the SR (Slide/Rocking Tilt) control or the RT (Rocking Tilt) control. All adjustments are accomplished while in the seated position.

Back Height - the ratcheting back is easily adjusted by lifting it to the desired height. Lifting it to its highest point will return the back to the lowest position. A built in lumbar support is included.

Seat Depth (SR control only) - lifting the left front lever allows the seat to slide to the desired depth.

Seat Height - adjusted with a right middle lever that controls the pneumatic lift.

Seat Angle - adjusted with the right front lever. Rocking motion is obtained by leaving the paddle in the "up" position.

Back Angle - adjusted with the right rear level.

The RESPON Executive Chair provides the luxuries of an executive high back and a rock/tilt feature, in addition to providing the proper support and ergonomics for increased productivity.
